Will be your best friend for Detroit fuel lines!
I am a professional diesel mechanic and wanted to give an informed review for any other mechanics or DIYers as to the function of this socket. I work on many DD13-DD15 engines and this thing is an absolute time saver. Forget using a crow's foot anymore with limited rotation! This cut my Labor in half! It is great quality and I am very impressed.

A great helper
Worked good on most of my lines. I still needed a shaved down wrench to get #6 fuel line off my ram.

Great buy but wide in tight spots
I have always had the Snap On FLS1219 1/2 inch socket and it is great but the 1/2 inch isn’t needed for this small job. Found this 3/8 socket which is less heavy and shorter than the snap on. Only problem is in the rear number 6 injector tube, there is not enough space to spin this socket half a turn. It cracks loose and then off and on to remove and install. The snap on has a longer grove that allows it to be slimmer, allowing more rotation per set. Design of the socket needs to be slimmer for tighter spots like number 6 for tubes part number ending in 1710.

Great tool
