I'm aware it was a busy and these are unprecedented times, however I had to keep chasing them for updates.When they arrived the courier was very helpful and told my wife they were heavy, in fact 28kg which was very good of him.Assembly was interesting as they're no instructions so I had to use the photo from the internet as a guide!Once assembled they are very good, you can secure them to the ground or weight them down I'm 6ft tall and I can adjust them so my feet are off the ground when I'm hanging from the bar!They are good quality and very sturdy, the dip Station can be adjust in height like the pull up bar, these are also sturdy and the width can also be adjusted.When they contacted me they were very helpful and offered to refund me several times, but very happy I waited, I would recommend these, but instructions would make it easier and quicker to construct! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ After sales service is excellent. *by K***R on 10 July 2020* I struggled to assemble the product as there are no instructions and had to seek help from the seller, hence the 4 stars they were however very helpful and even offered to send a replacement item, once I got it assembled though it is very sturdy and good quality.
