No more seepage.
After replacing a couple of hoses with no success I decided to replace this part. Installation done, leak gone. Pull up a you tube video to watch for installation tips.

Genuine
I purchased this to replace a third Dorman version of the same part. All the Dorman versions failed the same way, by disintegrating at the arched tube. The OEM that came with the car lasted seven years and only failed by cracking at the seam allowing me to at least make it home, so I expect similar longevity from this part. The Dormans all only lasted two years max! This part is genuine, high quality and worth the few extra dollars and extra shipping wait vs the knockoffs.

Right part at right price
Outstanding! Great price on this part that worked perfectly. I was able to remove all the hoses using a small channel-lock pliers but it was not fun. I definitely agree that you should get the hose clamp pliers. My old part cracked right at the joint where the large radiator hose nub meets the unit. A weep turned to a leak. This was a fairly easy switch. I did take the air intake hose loose so I could see the heater hose that goes on the rear. I also replaced two of the clamps that were nearly impossible to get back on without the right pliers. I went to a normal stainless clamp as they are much easier to install. Don't forget to get some new antifreeze as well. You will waste half a gallon or more. I should have drained the radiator down half way before I started. Anyway, great part at great price and it was here in 2 days with free prime shipping. Happy customer.

These work great. Until they don't
This is my third one of these. The original lasted about 75,000 miles and the second one, also GM Genuine, made it for 70,000. Like many other reviewers, the plastic seems to fatigue under the upper radiator hose and the clamp pressure caves-in the plastic causing a, uuuh, substantial leak. I wish it was metal but those seem to have crummy reviews. Perhaps I will just replace this one after 60,000 miles as preventative maintenance.

The best auto parts to buy have been the OEM parts for me. No leaks. No problems. A little more expensive but remove and replacing is just one time.

Get it. Easy to replace.
Worked out well so far. Chevy wanted a ridiculous amount for this piece. If you are on the fence about doing the repair yourself and have a 1.4 chevy, then get this! This was the easiest repair I have ever done. I have had cars give me more trouble with oil changes. You only have to remove an air Intake hose and then the part is easily accessible after that. Way more work than replacing this piece is draining the coolant. And it really was not too bad neither. Chevy quoted me $600 to replace this, highway robbery considering how easy it was. I'll update if the piece does not last. Don't forget it is recommended to change out the top hose along with this piece.
On the original part on my engine, the pipe that the large hose connects to had developed a hair line crack along the seem of the where the two halves of the mold come together to make the part. Under heat and pressure coolant would fizz and bubble out of this almost invisible crack. I bought this part and the ABN Flexible Hose Clamp Pliers from Amazon as well. Those hose pliers or ones like them were critical in getting into tight spaces to get the hose clamps off and thus the hoses so I could swap out the part with this new coolant water outlet. After swapping out the part I washed down the engine with a hose (make sure your engine is not too hot or you run the risk of cracking it) to wash away all the coolant so it no longer smelled and so I could determine after the next couple of days whether I had any other leaks and I did not. The hose outlet pointing straight up comes with a connector that goes into the hose that goes to the coolant overflow tank, I left the old one on because it seemed find and did not want to run the chance of running the hose as it seemed to be on the connector pretty good. I just saved the new connector in case I might need it in the future.

Simple Installation
The source of the coolant loss in the 2015 1.4 LT was not obvious at first. Initially I thought the water pump was at fault since I had already repaired this twice. The leak turned out to be from a split along the upper seam in the large assembly tube (tube shown in the attached picture), and moving the hose exposed the split. The specs are confusing, the part is purported to be ACDelco, however Germany was listed as the Country of Origin on the product overview and China as the Country of Origin in the Technical Details. None the less, the part fits perfectly, installs easily and comes with an embedded rubber gasket, new sensor and attached bolts....everything you need. Check out YouTube for an installation video. Allow one hour for installation. So far, no leaks and all sensors are working. I will provide an update should things change Rick
