Been drinking this for a while to get some extra protein and vitamins since I don't always eat my best and work 2 jobs...it's a good pick-me-up between jobs to keep me going. Tastes good, though some might find it a bit thicker than some other nutritional drinks. Tastes best cold, but you can drink it room temp if you're on the go. Unopened ones do not require refrigeration, and the bottles are recyclable plastic, not the paperboard tetra packs other brands use. You can throw one of these in your bag without worrying it'll get punctured.

Before purchasing Boost, I was hesitant because I had been drinking Ensure for more than five years and wasn’t sure I wanted to switch. Its easy to drink and digest. Easy to bring with me on trips. I dont eat much especially breakfast so im glad its healthy and has a big number of protein grams. Theres really no texture.
