I took 3 years warranty but you have 3 options there always when you buy insurance with Amazon

where does a usb stick connect?

There is a usb A socket on the back panel of the device. I have never used it but assume it works. The unit has been very satisfactory in all the ways I have used i, with considerable thought gone into it’s design. I would download the instructions manual to check if it does what you want.

Does it have internet radio ?

It does but it is geolocked, so most international stations are excluded. Would not recommend.

Should this remember internet and heos settings when diconnected from the mains?

When reconnected after disconnection from the mains it does remember heos and dab preset channels, therefore it must also remember internet settings.
