I spray the pillow and the hose that hold the pillow every morning. Rinsing afterward could add bacteria that is in your water system, so don't do that!. Just spray the pillow and the short hose that holds the pillow every morning. Make it part of your morning routine after brushing your teeth, etc: and before getting dressed. I have been doing this procedure for 10 years and have never had a health problem due to using my C-Pap equipment. Also, I soak everything at least once a week for several hours in the Respisoak solution. Along with wearing a mask and staying socially distant, keeping your C-Pap supplies clean is A MUST DO to stay safe and healthy during the Corona Virus pandemic.
