Neil Med SinuFlo Ready Rinse, 8 fl oz

This neti pot is the best neti pot I’ve ever used! Here’s why: it’s so simple to use, you just gently squeeze it up one nostril and it comes out the other, but there’s no head tilting required. I have occasional episodes of vertigo (the room starts to spin & makes me super anxious) & I’m also prone to getting sick easily/sinus congestion, so my doctor recommended I get a neti pot. The one’s that I’ve used in the past were more difficult because I felt like if I turned my head the wrong degrees my ears would get closed more. And one time, the previous type of neti pot I had, because of the way it released water and my inner ear getting clogged (in layman’s terms), it led to me having a episode of vertigo. But this neti pot has not! It just cleared my nose! It was super easy to set up and to clean. Make sure you use bottled water to know it’s clean water you’re using. Also make sure to heat it up, it makes it a lot easier to go down the other nostril and it feels better; I heat mine for 30 secs but you can probably heat it for a minute and if it’s too warm then just wait a little for it to cool down. I use the salt mixture packets that it comes with; it comes with only two packets though and you have to use one packet per rinse. I do the rinse at night right before bed. The text on the bottle is super easy to read and the dotted line tells you exactly where to fill to. It looks just like the pictures. I’ll be getting my next one in 3 months just as it states on the bottle to do. Totally fine paying the $9 every 3 months for a new one because of how much easier this neti pot is to use. 10 out of 10 would recommend this!

I have a Sinus Rinse bottle and when getting replacement I decided to try the premixed bottle since it can be reused as well. I actually bought 2 for me and my boy friend, for both bottles it was impossible to remove the last bit of the aluminum seal from the rim of the bottle. It was just so securely glued on. But with the seal on the bottle rim I cannot 1.sanitize the bottle with microwave as stated in the instructions 2.warm up distilled water with microwave before rinse. Not able to do those two things makes it extremely hard to sanitize and reuse the bottle. So I basically spent $8 dollars for 8oz of saline solution. There’s nothing wrong with the sinus rinse itself but please try to improve the seal design

This came doctor recommended to me and I'll never try anything else for nasal rinses, worth it's money, I also bought the big bag of individual solution packets. The bottle and packet of solution provide great sinus pain relief, does not cause my skin any irritation, works exactly how it should. I can almost always breathe after using this especially during a cold or other sickness or even allergies.

I've gotten this several times and love it. The SinuFlo kits that you get in the store usually come with one bottle and no less than 50 packets, but you're only supposed to use the bottle for 3 months. So I end up with about a million leftover packets. However, this kit is slightly cheaper than in the store, as well as coming with a prefilled bottle that's ready to heat and use, as well as only a few packets. So I don't end up with tons of leftover saline packets at home.

Overpriced. But works effectively.

During the spring seasons, I experience hay fever. It causes my body to overproduce mucus, and that mucus gets into my throat and irritates it, causing coughing. I went to the doctor and they recommended I rinse the inside of my nose and stuff so that the irritant would go away. Using this nose washing bottle at first still really sucks. If your technique isn't right, it'll feel like you're choking, but luckily you get better at it, and it stops feeling like you're being waterboarded. After a few days, the cough slowly went away. Highly recommend if you also suffer from hay fever induced coughing

I've been using Neilmed bottles for years and recently switched to Navage but found I wanted to switch back to these bottles after a few months. Navage is fantastic but aside from the hefty price, it's made with extremely cheap quality plastic, it's difficult to snap together and overall, way too much work disassembling, cleaning, drying, reassembling that I stopped using it. Instead, I switched back to Neilmed and have no regrets. Neilmeds saline is MUCH MUCH more affordable than Navage's pods, WAY less waste and less harm on the environment and I even hacked my Navage so I can use Neilmed saline.

I tried a few different models and this is the simplest and the best. Very easy to use and clean. Soft plastic is easy to squeeze. You don't have to lift the bottom up, it basically sucks from the bottom as you squeeze. This also use at least 90 percent of the solution out of the bottle which is great. It's a little expensive for a plastic bottle but at least it's a one time purchase and you know you're getting the best. By the way, it says you need to replace the bottle every three months. Personally, I think this is a marketing gimmick. I intend to use it longer for sure. I bet it won't melt or make me sick :)

I have been a loyal NeilMed user for years and have never had a single issue until now. This bottle I received from this seller is absolute garbage and potentially dangerous. The aluminum seal is completely defective. It is fused to the rim and won't peel off—it just shreds into tiny metallic shards. This is a massive safety failure: • FIRE HAZARD: You are supposed to microwave these to sanitize them. Putting this in a microwave with metal foil stuck to the rim is a fire waiting to happen. • INHALATION RISK: I’m not about to flush my sinuses with a bottle that has metal fragments falling into the water. I know how a "normal" NeilMed bottle should look and function, and this isn't it. This is a total waste of money and a serious health hazard. Extremely disappointed that such a reputable medical product has such pathetic quality control. DO NOT BUY!
