These go much farther than wiffle balls. They are not the best for warming up before a game as they travel too far. Perfect for indoor BP if baseballs are not permitted.

I have only used these balls in a Jugs machine, so I am not sure.

Can these balls be used in the Jugs Hit To Pitch throwing machine?

Not sure. I used them to practice batting and throwing in a tennis court. They also work to practice taking a pitch since they are softer.
