desertcart.com: The SEAL's Best Man (Special Ops: Homefront Book 2) eBook : Aster, Kate: Kindle Store Review: Seal's Best Man and Make Mine a Ranger are truly a ... - Kate Aster's four Special Ops: Homefront books, Contract with a Seal, Seal the Deal, Seal's Best Man and Make Mine a Ranger are truly a pleasure to read. They are well written, intriguing story lines with characters that you would be honored to call your friend. Down to earth, very romantic. Enjoyed all four tremendously and do not hesitate to recommend them. I read each and every one several times and often times go back to "visit" a scene or two based on my mood. They are keepers for sure. My favorite, though, was Contract with a Seal. I don't think you'll be disappointed. I am looking forward to her next book. Review: Wonderfully crafted love story - A nice love story with well developed, genuine characters. You feel like you are one of the group of friends, the humor and friendship are endearing. Jack and Maeve have to work through their issues, and their developing relationship is fun to read. Mick and Lacey and Bess are all characters you would want to spend time with. Enjoy this book, I'm off to read another by Kate Aster.

Tragedy is averted by love...A great HEA.
A good story though a little slow to get started. I thought the development of Jack's character was a bit thin. I felt like Captain Shay had more substance and interest. That won't keep you from enjoying the story, though.

seals. Best man
A story of Jack, a navy man and a girl. Mauve. They met years ago and are united again. They fall in love with most magical story ever. A prime read, donโt miss out.

Go Navy!
Jack and Maeve met on his graduation day from the Naval Academy. They had one steamy weekend, then went their separate ways. Eight years later and they meet again in Annapolis., but it takes two years for them to finally realize they were meant to be together. And through it all, we learn all about Nick and Lacey's wedding, Bess giving birth to her daughter and what the future may have in store for all of them. what a wonderful series.

tears for sure
I loved every minute of this book even though I had to read it out of place (unable to buy it til now). I have read every one of the eight available and loved each one. Together you see the community they are in and the love they all have for each other, but individually they each grab your heart in there own way

Sweet and sexy
Navy officer Jack had an amazing fling the weekend of his graduation from the Naval Academy 8 years ago. Maeve is a few years older & jaded after a failed marriage & cancer. They had a surprise reunion in the 1st book of the series (this is book 2), but Maeve would only entertain the idea of friends with Jack, feeling like she couldn't offer more to the family-oriented guy when her cancer had made her unable to have children. She finally gives in to their chemistry 2 years later as they work together to plan the weddingof Lacey & Mick (couple from 1st book) . This book focuses on their hot times, as well as the struggles of whether to forge a lasting relationship with this hanging over them, on top if the challenge of military life. Sweeter & Sevier than this review implies.

Love this series
These characters are so real! Love the females as well as the fantastic Seals in Aster's books. Easy to read and get lost in their troubles and triumphs! Love the happy endings and eager to keep reading!
