Love this gum and the taste is better the longer you chew it. It does suppress your appetite. For the price it’s good, because it cost most in the store.

It works! I just don’t like the flavor. The mint tastes much better. I recommend chewing the cinnamon ice breakers mints along with the gum to enhance the flavor.

I am very pleased with my Amazon, everything about it works more often than not. This product is great. I realize it’s expensive. There are only 2 pills in each pack. I use one pill a day. Sucking it until it becomes chewing gum. I bought cim flavor, the taste was more mint like. Not bad at all. I chewed for at least 30min. It works .

This was a great tasting gum. It did not necessarily help to curb my appetite.

Did not work for me.

To begin, I was not expecting much out of this gum. Just wanted to try something to help with cravings during fasting. The gum delivered very little in flavor (I had the cinnamon ones) and effectiveness. These just didn’t work for me. I actually think I may have felt hungrier after chewing a piece than before. Used two packets out of the 7, before just moving to drinking tea with more success.

It's not a traditional gum like you would think. Shape of a pill of a pill. But the taste of cinnamon is pretty decent got a good flavor even though it's sugar free I would recommend it to other people.
