Prestige ELITE 10QL 10.1 Inch Quad-Core Android 5.0 Lollipop 16GB Tablet with Keyboard Case - Purple

I have had this tablet now for a few months I would say and so far it works well. I bought it because another tablet I had purchased from walmart had a product malfunction and tech support has not been helpful at all. I found this tablet and purchased it because it came in purple, it had a keyboard I could plug in, a decent sized screen and the price wasn't bad. I use it mostly for watching my shows on Youtube and Netflix. It does have a couple cons but for the most part I love it more than I like it.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my great-granddaughter. It looks like a great tablet and it was just what she wanted, but it's a piece of junk. It was painfully slow and pages wouldn't load. After doing a factory reset and troubleshooting as instructed, it was no better so I returned it for a replacement. Guess what? The replacement was as big a piece of junk as the first one so I returned it for a refund and will go elsewhere to buy her a decent tablet. Amazon should stop selling this useless junk until the manufacturer fixes the bugs!

I see this is no longer available so I'm glad I bought one while it was still in stock. I love this! It's perfect for what I wanted - reading online magazines and looking up stuff on the internet away from my computer. The sounds is very tin-like. So it's not very good for listening to music on, but that can be easily fixed by adding some speakers. Overall I love the color, carrying/stand case, and the weight. The screen is easy to see in daylight.

Got this for college classes because my phone couldn't read the e-text for my Matt class. Needless to say, I needed it work so I could do my homework and tests. I set it up with my Google acct and at first it seemed good.I went into the website and I kept getting messages saying my website was dangerous and not safe. It was a college website plus another reputable company so it wasn't the site. I tweaked a couple minor things in settings to allow the pages to work and they never did. Then it froze. I tried going into settings to force stop the app but it wouldn't even let me in. Then these annoying pop up error messages kept coming at me and wouldn't stop no matter what. I did a restart then also a hard reboot. Same thing. It was so frustrating!So I packed it back up in the box for a return and requested an exact replacement, figuring I'd give them a second chance and these things happen. I ordered it in plenty of time for the replacement to be here next day. That's what Amazon said-it would be here today. It did not. I waited all day for it. I then received an email stating it was running late and wouldn't be here for another 2 more days. So i cancelled the replacement and ordered a better one with another seller. This is one of those times I can't wait any longer and I lost time by getting a seriously defective item in the first place and waited all day for the replacement to come to find out at 8pm that it was not gonna be here for 2 more days. Not cool!

Started up fine and got here on time but runs very slow, and the battery life is shorter than listed for the very long loading time.

I wish I didn’t have to submit a star. I spent way too much on this for something that does not hold up to the price. It takes forever to load ANYTHING. I went through all of the settings trying to get rid of anything I could to make it faster and no, it does not work. I am unsure why because overall the product is amazing I love it, but to use it is unbearable.

Oh my gosh! My Elite 10.1" purple tablet JUST arrived and I couldn't be more pleased so far! The first thing I noticed was how thin & sleek the tablet is, with such a big wide screen! The keyboard is good quality and very good sized, feels exactly like a small laptop.I will update the review if I have problems with the functionality of the device, but so far I'm happy with the purchase

When I first opened the box was very pleased with the size and color of the tablet. I got the pink and it came fully charged.When I finally started to use my tablet noticed stylus was missing. Then I had problems getting on tablet the start up button wasn't working right, was taking forever to get button to work logging me on . When I finally got on the screen to watch videos found the clarity of the videos Great but was having problems with streaming, it kept stopping. I hate to complain but I must of got the bad one in the bunch cause nothing was working right. Only got about 4 hours battery life and when logging off to charge again the charger was flimsy and kept coming out. Will be sending back...Hopefully I can get a replacement cause I know others that have this tablet and they loved it that's why I ordered one..
