Confirmed the same. The launch was rough, particularly for Switch Edition pre-orders. But Bandai Namco Support will get you a code within the first month of launch if you provide them with a visual of your proof of purchase, the version of the game you got it for, and use a valid email you have access to for the support ticket. I got my Switch code the next day after opening the ticket. Keep in mind that the due date for the code is expected to be August 28th or 29th (I'd call it the 28th just to be on the safe side; if you can get your ticket in ASAP, do so). The content will launch later for a price, most likely.
