Increased r-value and less weight than the mens. Not annoying like Thermarest. Medium sized dog-proof. Would buy again!I'll have to add photos later but as a 5'9" male who sleeps cold, I appreciated the extra overall width and increased r-value! I am an inverted triangle body shape with pretty wide shoulders and love that the mat stays wide even down towards my hips. Lots of room to roll around on as an active sleeper! It also isn't very crinkly or loud. Definitely not enough to disturb or irritate me in the middle of the night. I think it was also just barely lighter weight than the men's version as well. I will say it does take up most of the floor space in my Copper Spur UL1. But with the 4" of padding I've never had a problem hitting my head or feet on the tent while sleeping. This is hands down the best pad I have ever used!
