these chips are terrible. they were not chocolate chips at all. they seemed like they were melted into a block then mashed in the bag to either dust or small light brown tiny pieces of terrible tasting chocolate. I grew up in San Francisco and have been to Ghirardelli many times next door to pier one. these chips are nothing like anything Dhirardelli sells. There products great but these are really bad !

Have used this product from this manufacturer a long time, but never ordered online before. The contents looked like not enough on arrival, but the chips were packed very compactly , protecting every chip in the two packaages nicely. The contents were as described. Nice job. Will probably order again.
