These work great for my tailbone pain. The perfect size, and they stay cold for quite a while. The quality is really good. I would recommend them.

I use them for cooling and they work very well.

I had double jaw surgery and these came in handy during recovery with the swelling. They stayed extremely cold for a long time and I would primarily use them at night. I would recommend these for cooling. I did not try them for heating but I would have.

They're nice little ice packs. The only concern and the reason that they're not getting five stars is that they are a bit overfilled. At least the ones I received. If you're using them as a heating pad just be aware that they pop pretty easily. I had one out of the two in the pack pop on me pretty soon after purchase, it was at night, it was gooey, it was not fun. So if you're just placing the gel pack somewhere it's fine. But if you put pressure on it, like you have it on your back and you're sitting back in a chair it it has a high probability of popping. Unfortunately the seams just don't seem to be too strong. It's great as an ice pack, nice little thing, but I would not recommend as a therapeutic Heating source.

Lightweight, cold, and soft / flexible. Very multipurpose use.

Excellent size for small coolers or for using on small areas that need icing, like a forehead or anything else that aches.

I've been using these for a bit now and there are things you should know. I only use them to ice the boys, to increase testosterone. They actually work well for that, but I would be less enthusiastic if I were using for any long icing. They don't stay cold for very long. I can actually put them right against my skin, even down there, right out of the freezer. The good news is that they are always pretty flexible, which is important, but they don't hold cold all that long. Again, for my use they are okay. I only need 10 or 15 minutes out of them. But if you want to ice longer than 20 minutes, you'll be going for another one. If you are icing the boys, they are a good choice. You can put them right one with out any cloth barrier, they are a pretty good shape for that use and they last about the right amount of time. For icing of anything longer than about 15 minutes, I'd be looking at other options. They seem pretty durable.
