Excellent wireless keyboard/mouse combo
This is my second keyboard/mouse from Dell. I purchased the same keyboard several years ago and it served me very well. The mouse may look a little flimsy, but it survived MANY HUNDREDS of drops and still functioned without complaint. Eventually the scrolling button quit functioning reliably, so I decided to replace it with the exact same brand and model. I onlly had to replace the keyboard batteries once in several years. The mouse, being frequently used, had to have a new battery every 6-10 months, which seems pretty reasonable.

Low price, Bluetooth and RF, comfortable
Great keyboard. Bluetooth and RF was what I needed and I didn’t want to spend $200. Comfortable to type on, and it is quiet. Seamless switching between multiple devices, worked perfectly out of the box.

Great weight and feel! Looks great and full size mouse!
Amazing feel, super sturdy! Not the cheapest but def worth the price! Amazing feature it’s got, it allows you to switch between three connected devices with a simple button click on the mouse and keyboard.

Some Challenges, but otherwise OK Peripherals
The Dell Wireless Keyboard and Mouse work well with my new Alienware m18 R2 laptop. The battery panel at the back of the keyboard is challenging to remove and replace when replacing or checking on the batteries. I have since learned that any degree of keyboard movement can dislodge the inside batteries, interrupting the power source connection, making the keyboard go dead. Therefore, the keyboard must remain as stationary as possible even when turning on and off, where the switch is located on the keyboard side, just above where the number pad is situated.

Exactly what I needed for work from home
I was looking for a keyboard that I could use for all of my computers...work, personal and the ipad. This is perfect! Easily switches between all of them, so I can be using the office computer, push a couple buttons and be on my personal computer for looking up information, then switch back to work. Super convenient. I appreciate the smooth, quiet operation of the keyboard. Very quiet which makes it easy to work while others are sleeping nearby. This is great, exactly what I needed. One keyboard, less clutter and more space.

Mouse failed in less than 2 months-another useless combo that no longer works
We bought this combo for our office in order to switch between computers quickly via Bluetooth. The keyboard is sleek and weighty/solid enough, but the mouse is too flimsy and light - and unfortunately now we know poorly engineered, designed and constructed. The left mouse button will not engage properly and therefore I cannot drag a window or even drag an email in outlook to a folder-so it is completely useless for the Automotive Design and Visualization software that I use at work. This is unacceptable from both Dell and Amazon. I hope both of these business giants will contact me to replace this defective combo which is now useless, especially since we have used it for only two months.

Good product, but condition was not "Like New" as described
I’m happy(ish) with this keyboard & mouse combination overall. Had I been able to find it anywhere new (this was a replacement purchase) I would have done so. As it stands, I was stuck purchasing this set used. I will be replacing, but that’s due to personal preferences. My issue isn’t with the product, but rather with the seller, as I feel the seller misrepresented this product’s condition. I reviewed the Amazon Marketplace Items Condition Guidelines, and this product certainly was NOT “Like New”. At best it could have been considered in “Very Good” condition, but I don’t think so, as there were functional imperfections, rather than just cosmetic ones. The keys on the keyboard work perfectly, but it wobbles when I’m typing, as it is slightly tilted/unbalanced. This issue is more prominent when it’s flat, so I use the kickstands, which minimizes the wobbling significantly. But still, not “Like New”. My bigger issue is with the mouse. The top of the mouse comes off to store the USB port that is inserted in my laptop to connect these two devices. The top of the mouse is loose, difficult to take on/off, and makes an annoyingly loud clicking noise. I know this isn’t standard with this mouse, as I had the same one previously. I’ve used it so far, because I can’t spare an extra USB port (my laptop only has two) to use a separate mouse with this keyboard, but it is the reason I am ultimately calling it on this product combination and ordering something new. For purposes of clarity, I don’t think I overpaid for what I received. It would have been a fair price if I were someone who was willing to accept a lesser product in lieu of a lesser price. But here, this product was represented as “Like New” and it was not. I urge the seller to next time provide an honest listing of the products condition, as the actual (“Good” or “Very Good”) condition was in-line with the pricing.

It's a wonderful product, above expectations, which makes it a very good value for money purchase.

Great keyboard, but the one delivered came with European keys and layout. No use for English or Arabic, and will be returned. The box was sellotaped up so this has obviously been previously returned and the supplier has just sent it out again in the hope that somebody will accept it.

When this keyboard arrived, I was excited to have a product that I can use with multiple devices and switch fast between them. This does seem to work pretty well for that. But in many aspects I am very disappointed. Immediately the keyboard feels cheap and was wobbly on my desk. The Enter key would consistently not work when I would press it, and then within a week of use, it came off completely. I barely even had a chance to use the keyboard properly and its already broken. Extremely frustrating, because I could have gotten a much cheaper product that would do the same thing. If they send me a replacement keyboard with all the keys working properly, maybe I will have a better experience, But so far I am very unhappy. I don't expect this to be something that will last many years, the scissor pieces of plastic under the keys seems super weak and flimsy. Generally the keys feel ok, not great, but when they work, they work ok, The mouse feels pretty nice , but a little small for my hand. Being able to switch devices quickly is easy, it must be done separately for each device.
