How to look at the production date, such as VA0347

I don't know the answer. However I have NEVER had a problem with this product, no matter how long I have had it one the self (i.e. 1-2+ yrs). I had a serious problem with roaches when I first got the product. I used it, as instructed with small pieces of cut drinking straws (placing them all out of reach and site. I repeated the treatment 10 days later. Roaches Gone! I now occasional put out new baited straws when I "see" a bug (before they can get settled in). This is the BEST Product I have ever used in 54 years of married life.

Is this product pet safe? We have 3 dogs

I wouldn't risk having it where they can reach it (they could have a reaction). I cut up drinking straws into small pieces (placing the product inside the staw), then I place the pieces behind toaster, under coffee pot, behind and under stove, behind refrigerator, under microwave, up on top our cabinet tops, behind or underneath freezers etc. Places our pets can't get - just for safety. I have gotten the product on my hands while filling the straw pieces (with my finger tip covering one end), but I have never had a reaction and "thoroughly wash my hands well" after I am finished. It's a Great Product and worth every penny!
