Da ich das teewasser nicht zum kochen bringe, es liegt vermutlich so bei 80-90°C, als völlig ausreichend ersehe. Der deckel ist leicht auseinander schraubbar um besser an den ausschank zum saubermachen dran zu kommen. Super ist die vertiefung an der kanne die optimal zum ausschenken oder transport ist. die Aufstecktasse ist gewöhnungsbedürftig sie ist recht dick vom rand. man gewöhnt sich aber recht schnell daran da es kein kunststoff innen ist sondern auch edelstahl und somit ein angenehmes trinkgefühl gibt!
