Very useful for straining nut and bean pulp from homemade plant milk! The mesh has a nice and fine hole size and it is strong enough to save my hands from squeezing and straining with a nut milk bag. Good filtration quality.

I love it!! This was purchased to be used much like a Chinois. It serves the purpose well, for fraction of the cost. Great for straining small items such as rice and other grains without losing them through the mesh.

The strainer is great for when I don't want to use a nut bag. I really enjoy this fine mesh so that way I can strain plenty of things. It is really easy to use and it has not rusted so far. It is holding up well, but will update if there's any changes.

Overall, the strainer works as it should, and seems to be well constructed. It's also easy to clean. The reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars is that in my opinion it would be almost perfect if it were a little deeper. Sometimes it barely is able to hold what I'm straining, and a little more depth would be nice. Otherwise no complaints.

I just received this so I have not used it yet. My first impression is that it is well built and I am grateful for the 2 handles and very fine mesh that should work well for straining things like quinoa. The mesh is so fine I am not sure how well it will strain things like canned tomatoes. We'll see. Next to the 3.5 inch strainer I have been trying to use, this thing seems huge. It is a bit shallower than I expected, but I am sure I can work with that. I think the ratio of width to depth will be good.

I bought this to sift flour for larger recipes. It works great, but you have to use a large bowl with it or you'll have flour all over the place. I also use it to strain the solids from my soup broth. Large enough for a full chicken so no worries to over fill. I would recommend this tool for any cook or baker who needs more than the tiny sized strainer.

Absolutely fabulous strainer, large enough for a good amount of flour, rice to strain without anything left over. Can be hung up or fitted easily in a cupboard.

This strainer is not as tough as advertised. The mesh is already broken after light usage for the month. Please see photos.
