Great pedal for the money
Well made, sounds great. Lots of sonic possibilities. For the money I'd recommend you try it.

Great budget/intro pedal for fx, might fall flat for the experienced geetarists
So I just received this joyo vision today. I immediately hooked it up in my pedal chain(don't have fx loop). First thing I noticed is that it's really hard to read the settings. I started fiddling around with it going through the setting turning knobs this way and that.. to me and my style there isn't to much for me so far. soo I've messed around with this for about 3 hours now and not quite sure yet.. This is not a bad pedal by any means.. It's a solid design its sturdy looks cool aesthetically . Knobs feel solid as well . Lots of setting to mess with. And at the price point under 100 bucks you can't go wrong.I have noticed a volume drop when using both channels not by much but it's something to keep in mind.. You can get some interesting sounds tho.. I'm going to continue to mess around with this to see if I can find a hidden gem or two. So far I give it a 4/5 it is relatively easy to use. Good sound quality not the best I've had but for a budget pedal it's in the top 3. The versatility is where it kinda loses me. Most of the settings I can replicate using my boss sy1 and one or two of my earthquakers if your looking for good budget fx pedal or if you're new to fx pedals I would absolutely recommend this one

Excellent Modulation at a Fantastic Price
The Joyo Vision Dual Modulation pedal packs quite a punch, especially for the price, with 18 different modulation effects split between 2 independently controlled sides, series or parallel signal path options, and stereo I/O. Pros: - 18 modulation options - high sound quality - able to set two unique modulation sounds simultaneously - series or parallel signal path options - mono or stereo operation - standard 9V center negative power input - sturdy build quality - classy aesthetic - inexpensive Cons: - digital artifacts are present on some effects, especially when dialed to extreme settings - the control knobs change different parameters depending on modulation type, which can be confusing to use initially - no preset options Verdict: If you are new to modulation effects and want to explore sonic options, or just looking for a do-it-all workhorse at an inexpensive price, don't hesitate to give the Vision a shot!

Versatile multi-modulation pedal in STEREO at a great price
If you can't have fun with a multi-modulation pedal, you're doing something wrong, plain and simple. If that modulation pedal gives you EIGHTEEN different effects, tap tempo capabilities, STEREO in and out connectivity and costs less than 100 bucks, you're definitely doing something RIGHT. The Joyo R-09 Dual Channel Stereo Modulation pedal gives us all of these things, all in a 2-footswitch pedal that is the perfect size for any pedalboard. So much to explore here, let's dive right in! Two modes house the 18 effects that the Vision can produce, with each mode sporting <em>Speed/Rate, Control and Depth/Mix controls. Each side's footswitch doubles as a Tap Tempo switch, letting you seamlessly sync the modulation with whatever music you're creating. Here are the effects you have to choose from: Mode A Effects: MODULATED-PHASER - CHORUS - STEREO-PHASER - FLANGER - RING MODULATOR - ROTARY - TREMOLO - LIQUID-PHASER - TRI-CHORUS Mode B Effects: OPTICAL-TREMOLO - SMALL-CHORUS - LOW-BIT - AUTO-WAH - ANALOG-FLANGER - PHASER - OCTAVE - STUTTER - VIBRATO There's also a toggle switch that lets you choose how each side is added into your signal chain, running the Vision in either Series or Parallel, opening up even more worlds of sonic possibility and connectivity. You're sure to discover at least one, if not 5 or 10 or even all 18, sounds that you like and can harness to create new music. And with a simple parameter setup, it doesn't take a physics degree to get great sounds almost instantly. Cheers to Joyo on creating an affordable, versatile and powerful modulation pedal for players of all skills and budgets!

Great flexibility, sound and potential but I think mine's defective.
I love the variety of effects at hand and the ways available to shape them. However, the "Control" knob on every one I've used so far is just some variation of EQ. They should have labeled it "Tone" instead of giving the impression that each effect has another perimeter. My unit has been blinking red since I first used it. It's not bright like the blue ambient LED. It's a light inside of the device and none of the user documentation says anything about it. It works as expected but I don't think the put a flashing red "everything's ok" indicator on it. I've contacted Joyo but not got a response. I'll likely request a replacement because I really like this device and I want to rate it higher.

Good concept
I like that it has two sets of multi-efx which can be operated in series or parallel. It’s a great box, def worth the price. Maybe it’s bcos I don’t have tons of free time and haven’t checked it out thoroughly, but it seems like the modulation efx, the choruses especially, are kind of subtle. This box doesn’t sound as “in your face” as I like. But it’s a very clever way of implementing efx, and it does dial in some interesting sounds. A chorus on 1 side and a ring mod on the other for example, I don’t think they “sit on top” of one another; they combine and become one unique effect. If the effects were a bit less bland, this would be the mother of all efx boxes. But I think this would be useful for ppl who are into more mainstream music than I’m into. It looks pretty fantastic aesthetically; it comes across as being more expensive than it is.

Amazing Multi Effects solution in a sturdy, classy looking pedal!
I got into modulation effects, and started buying single effects pedals. Midway, I stumbled upon this, and man, it delivers! Time to put the individual effects pedals away. This pedal has, wait for it, 18 modulation effects! You can choose from one of 9 on each mode (A and B), and then run them in series or parallel. This capability makes this pedal super versatile for pairing effects, and creating interesting soundscapes. The controls are super simple - Speed/Rate: It says Speed on Mode A, Rate on B but both do the same job, that is, control the speed of the filtering effect - Depth/Mix: Typical mix knob, dry to the left, wet to the right. - Control: Now this one's interesting, and I found it to be different for different effects, it's more like an intensity control for the primary parameter for the effect, for eg: for the Octaver effect, it controls the pitch of the octave added, while for say a flanger or a tremolo it controls the strength of the filter/modulation effect. Hold the buttons and you enter the tap tempo mode, this is an amazing feature that not many effect pedals at this price point have. Quite a few of the effects immediately stand out as high quality and very usable! - St-Chorus (ModeB): Lush, strong yet not overpowering, very 80s! - Auto-Wah (ModeB): This one alone should make the pedal worth its price! It's so good, perfect for those 70s funk stuff and for adding some oomph to your solos. - Tremolo (ModeA) and Opt-Tremolo (ModeB): Amazing tremolos, I must say, perfect for adding movement to your rhythm parts. - Roto (ModeA): Now we're getting into some Gilmourish stuff, subtle but noticeable. I loved playing through this effect. - Stutter (ModeB): This, as the name suggests, is similar to the tremelos but more of an abrupt effect, think square wave filtering. Very effective - Vibrato (ModeB): Smooth, very smooth, perfect for adding some emotion and depth to your arpeggios. - Phaser (ModeB): Get your VH on! Crank the gain and get rocking! - Tri-Ch (ModeA): Similar to St-Chorus but stronger! I mean way stronger! Switch to this mode and you'll try hard to resist playing some Nirvana. - Flanger (ModeA): Very Chorusy if the Speed and Control knobs are set right. Crank them to get that typical whooshy flangy sound! Some fun ones: - Ring (ModeA): Vintage Phone dialer tone, ring-a-ring-ring. - Low Bit (ModeB): Bit crusher like stuff, good for playing those vintage video game tunes. And this is stereo! Isn't that awesome? Even if you are not into all the effects, you can create a wet/dry setup, simply use the L input and drive your two amps from the L and R outputs. Pros: - Most of the effects are amazing! And the price is less than, say a single chorus or a flanger or an auto-wah from most other brands. - It supports stereo. - The build is very good like the other Joyo R series pedal, the knobs and buttons feel sturdy. - The ambient lighting is a nice touch. It looks very classy. Cons: - There's a slight volume drop in some of the effects. - The yellow font on the brown body makes it a bit hard to decipher, you might need to mark your favorite positions if playing live. Overall, this pedal is a lot of fun and will inspire you to play out of the box and more creatively. It's awesome for any live rig or a recording setup. Very versatile.

I hope yours is better than the one I received.
I was excited when I read the description of this pedal and the functions I could use. Then I tried using it live and at home.. The build seems solid enough, sturdy and looks well built. I bought it November 24th 22 and played around with it at home days before a gig. I most notably wanted this because it had the octave function, chorus, various flanges, tremelo, and for my personal enjoyment a pitch modulator. The pitch mod worked as I expected. The octave function is sorely disappointing. At its lowest setting, to achieve a bass octave below low E 440 on my guitar, the pedal bass octave is between E440 and F. Why will it not reach to the octave below E? Thats all I wanted that function for and I did not find this failure or inabillity to achieve an octave lower pointed out in any literature before I bought it. Besides that, the sound is not an accurate duplicate sound, it sounds very digital. I have ended up using it on 4 gigs since December, only using it while playing with certain groups and music. I sat down this week with the intentions of working out any kinks with the settings and closing in on sounds. After about 10 minutes of playing with it, using my finger to depress the on/off switch, The right side of the pedal just stopped working. I cannot get it to come back on. I was led to believe I had 90 days to return it but according to Amazon my return window closed on Jan 31, 23. Just my luck it would randomly stop working right after the window to return it closed. I have not abused the pedal in any way. Everything is hooked up according to the manual. I am not very pleased with the pedal as a whole. I feel like I am stuck with a half operating paper weight now. I hope for everyone elses sake I just received a lemon. Good luck.

Modulations are awesome!!!
Another added pedal on my board. This time it’s the Joyo Vision modulation pedal. My personal fave is the SM-CH knob on the Type B section. I’ve only been scratching the surface On this pedal. Excited to explore! Also, this one has a Mono/Stereo input and output. Can toggle from A to B or AB together. This is a total game-changer! Bang for the buck!$👌🏼

Bon produit avec excellent rapport qualité prix
Cette pédale demande à ce qu'on l'investisse complettement pour un vrai rendement utile et agréable ! Les sons sont riches mais difficile à optimiser. Pour le prix, je mets 5 étoiles méritées.

Two effects can be assigned at the same time.
Good multi effects pedal and the added benefit of it is that two effects can be assigned at the same time.

Quite happy.
A lot of people's complaints I read are not really valid. One thing to consider is not all 9v PSUs will power this pedal. I use a trex fuel tank Jr and it would not power up the pedal, I thought it was defective. I tried a single 9v power supply and it works perfectly. A lot of people talk about signal loss or volume loss when the pedal is on, it is there, but it's almost not noticeable. While using a boosted signal it isn't even perceivable when turning the pedal on and off. My one real complaint is that the dial knobs don't line up with the modes, which is slightly inconvenient. Other than that the modulation are definitely better than I expected. The rotary, phaser, and flanger are all in particular quite good. Pedal feels great in the hand, works well, sounds good, and is cheap. If you need budget modulation I'd give it a shot. I recommend buying a 9v wall wart style supply to go with it just incase. Using the pedal along with; -Digitech Bad Monkey (purchased in 20016 before Josh made them cool lol) -Seymour Duncan Vapor Trail analog delay. -Cry Baby Marshall JCM2000 TSL60. 4x12 w/ Celestion Vintage30s. Hope this helps someone.
