Je souffre du genou et du dos après danse contemporaine en semi professionnel. Ma grand-mère est elle tombée et ne savait plus marcher. Après en avoir mis la douleur s'est nettement atténuée pour moi comme pour elle. C'est un remède miracle et il en faut très peu, le gel s'étale vraiment bien. Pour un genou une petite noisette.
