I've used this tool approximately 9 hours to scrape paint off of doors and the blade has dulled drastically.Recommendations how to sharpen it?

Many ways but you could try a coarse sharpening stone. If you take the time to acquire this skill you can sharpen all of your kitchen knives too. May take longer than other methods.

Description says “several Philips screwdrivers” but picture only shows flathead screwdrivers?

Thank you for your interest in this product. The screwdrivers in the handle are Slotted only. I'm kinda new and recently found out descriptions can be changed/edited by other sellers. I will look into that change for this product.
