**Q: Does it come with instructions and pictures.**
A: No it does not. It doesn't have much resistance so it isn't a challenge for me, but no, no instructions :(

**Q: Can someone describe the pink color for me? ... Pretty or not?  thanks!**
A: Not pretty. I bought the pink color for a friend... but the product I received wasn't bright pink like the picture looks- I was disappointed because its true color was more of a pink/orange, as if it was left out in the sun for a season. I didn't have time to return the item so I gave it as a gift anyway.

**Q: Do any of these Pilates rings have a  cancer warning on their box?  I bought one locally and it did so I returned it.**
A: No warnings of any kind.  I purchased the Pro Source 14 inch pilates ring.  The downside is there are no exercises that come with it.  I would have like an exercise pamphlet or something with the ring.

**Q: How do i choose a color?**
A: the color is just a personal preference.

This fitness resistance ring (or "magic circle") seems to be well made and reasonably priced. I am deducting one star for one reason only: It offers light resistance, less than the similar fitness resistance rings that I have used at physical therapy treatment centers. The size is good for someone tall like me (6'2"), but I was really hoping it would offer more resistance. I decided to purchase a similar item from another manufacturer that does offer more resistance. It is difficult to find them, but try looking for a version with the word "Pro" in the product name.
