This is a great product, delivered ahead of time and does exactly as described. My only gripe is that removing and inserting the individual weights (little sand bags) is quite fiddly and awkward.

Not suitable as wrist weights. Item description specifically says ankle and wrist, great for ankles, rubbish for wrists. Instruction booklet also only shows as ankle weights. I will be sending back as wanted specifically for wrists. Overall seems a good product... for ankles!

molto comodi, il velcro funziona bene e mi piace molto anche il colore. Sono pratici da usare perché spesso altri modelli si spostano e rendono difficile l’esecuzione degli esercizi, mentre questi restano ben fermi. Sono fatti davvero bene, li consiglio.

Me a gustado sobré todo que es muy cómodo y que puedes jugar con peso.
