nice product , better than expected

Good quality organic cold pressed oil. The flavour is very strong. I wouldn't use it for culinary purposes, as I don't like the taste. I take this for medicinal purposes, off the spoon when I feel I need it, as it has so many health benefits. I keep it in the fridge to stop it going rancid and to preserve its therapeutic properties.
