Excellent product and good service!
OK, let's get some details out of the way: I was using this product in a way that was probably not intended. It was (is) a robotic application completely different from what I believe the product was intended and it is WAY beyond the level of precision for my particular use case. I selected this early on as an easy way to solve my problem and it was. However, for the longer term I may use a cheaper solution simply because my use-case does not require the near bomb-proof precision that the ten-high linear rails provide. Seriously, the rails themselves are extremely durable and the smooth bearing-block/carriage is truly impressive. If I ever make a large 3d printer, laser cutter, or CnC router, this WILL be what I select as my linear rail solution. Since my current problem requires much lower "fidelity", I will use something cheaper. In the process of working with this linear rail, I did encounter a problem. When I took the sliders off the rail, bearings popped out. I was able to remount the sliders, but was never able to get the bearings back in. I have to admit being a bit irked by this as the sliders were darned near perfect for my needs (price aside), but once they were remounted without the full compliment of bearings they just weren't as smooth. So, I wrote to Ten High and explained the situation. After taking photos and going back and forth a few times, they agreed to send me a single slide (really that's all I needed). Perhaps my request was lost in translation as the other end seems to be more proficient in Chinese than English (their English is much better than my Chinese), because the end result was that they sent me a whole new rail with two sliders!!! OMG!!!Folks, I love these rails and the slides. They simply feel good. I need 1/10th the price and about 1/10th the performance, so I probably won't use this maker for my application, but I LOVE their product and am extremely pleased with the wonderful service they provided! So, if you need LOOONG, high performance linear rails with slide bearings, pick these! They rock! I may have to build a CnC router just to have an excuse to buy a couple more of these things!

Bearings/Shipping
I have ordered 5 sets including the replacements and all but 2 rails I have had the bearings in the block loose or completely out of block and off rail. Returning them has been a pain and all I want is replacements.

Pretty good for the price point.
Overall, these are great compared to other sites that sell linear bearings for +500USD. I would have given 5 stars but didn't for the following 3 reasons.1) The carriages they sent don't match the pictures they posted. They aren't bad quality, but they are bright green and red, not really what I was going for.2) They didn't provide a grease fitting to grease them (which is required in repeated linear motion). Although I did contact them and they said they could provide some, so that's good.3) They also don't provide the plastic blocks to dismount the carriage. As shown in the pictures, you can slide the carriages onto these to dismount them from the rail. This makes sure that none of the tiny bearings fly all over the place. Thankfully I already modeled this in CAD for my project, so I think I will just 3D print some.Overall, they work pretty smoothly. Some are rough, but I can't grease them yet either so I don't want to use them too much until I can properly lubricate the bearings. For the price point (and it being a PRIME shipping item), I would buy them again.
