Massive pills. I've never seen any supplement pill this big, but they work really well. Definitely effective in preventing exercise soreness though, I take 5-6 of these horse pills a day for 2-3 days after exercise and there isn't even a hint of soreness... And I almost always get sore, especially 2 days after workouts. So yes, works very very well, but DEFINITELY not for everyone because of the size. And allthough they can be broken in half, the broken edges are too sharp for comfort. There is also a soft-gel version made by this company that's decent, that also works quite well, but according to the label has less amino verity.

I chose these Prolab BCAA over other options because I prefer pills to bad tasting drink mixes. With these, I've noticed a slight difference in my muscle recovery, with noticeably less soreness the day after tough workouts, though your mileage may vary. While the tablets are quite large and may be difficult for smaller people to swallow, they can be broken in to smaller bits, and I prefer the convenience of a pill for my BCAA supplement support right after I finish my workout. These have no taste and that's perfect for me. Considering it's a brand I can trust and a small benefit I personally have noticed from use, I think the value proposition is great despite the larger tablet size.

These pills are enormous in size. I am a 230 pound male and nearly choke taking these pills whole. Even after breaking them in half they’re still big and seem to get stuck in back of throat almost every time. Will never order pills this size again.

Tablets flavourless , also very large. Milky white in appearance. Stopped taking them due size. Too big to comfortably take and messy when trying to split them. I've had other brands where the tablet is easier to swallow and much smaller.

It works

Nice big bottle of supplements! Took the picture upon receiving it but have been taking them now for a few weeks. No ill effects and easy on my stomach. Tastes good and has been a good add to my workout supplementation.

Love the dosage but will not be able to swallow those pills. Ugh!
