A: Not sure exactly what your question is but if your asking will these tools work to put tinted film on your windows, the answer is yes. All you really need is a tape measure, spray bottle, razor, and a flat surface, and you can do it, after you get the hang of the first one it gets easier after that.

A: no, it's just a bottle for you to contain the solution.
