However, they are possibly a bit too stiff and thick if you have a relatively short neck as I do, but if you want to avoid the collar 'droop', these these definitely do the job. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My neck is 18.5" *by T***N on 10 October 2023* No problem with the sizing - stick them on the last hole and they work fine. Great for holding wayward collars on my shirts as I attend video meetings (seemingly) all day. After 2 minutes I forget I'm wearing it and only remember when it falls on the floor when I take my shirt off at the end of the day. The big one is good for normal shirts, the small one is good for polo shirts and small-collared short-sleeved shirts. The bad thing... this is made of 2 pieces of plastic and 2 pieces of rubber. The cost of manufacture will be less than a penny per unit. It is therefore grossly over priced. But then again so is a cup of tea in a cae (how much does hot water, a tea bag and a splash of milk actually cost?).
