St. Croix Rods Premier Spinning Rod, PS, Premium Quality, Durable, High Performing Spinning Rod

Ive been using these brand fishing rods since I was knee high on a grasshopper. Family cabin up near Park Falls. Family is fiercely loyal to the brand. Ultra-lites, Musky Rods, Bass rods, ice fishing, even some salt water fishing. It was time to get a middle bodied rod set up. Walleyes and bass baby. Of course I chose the best brand of fishing rod on earth for it. Shipped fast, arrived packaged alright (amazon's fault not MFG). I buy 2 piece rods because I travel a lot. Not the slightest noticeable difference in performance. Make sure you understand what the "weights" are Ultra-Heavy etc, and what fast means (tip flex cuz of fishy nibbles) Register your rods people! If you are on the fence, wonder if its worth the price... YES. Stop messing around and get yourself the best damn rod you'll ever own.

Broke mine the first time using it but st criox replaced

The package showed up fine. Picked up rod and it bent immediately in half. I can only believe that the pole was placed in the package already broken. Utter garbage. Not the quality it pretends to be. Going back to a $50 rod.

This was my third attempt at getting a rod to function properly from Amazon. My first rod (different company) arrived snapped. My second rod (again, a different brand) snapped on the first bass that it hooked. This rod finally seems to be exactly what I need. The cork handling did arrive slightly damaged, imprinted from the eyelets as Amazon refuses to ship rods in rod tubes - why, I don't know. It didn't impact that function of the rod, and I was sick of sending rods back, so I decided to keep this one. I'm very glad I did - the sensitivity is fantastic, I can cast properly weighted lures a mile, yet have the strength to set hooks when needed. I'm more than likely sold on St. Croix rods from here on out.

Great Product I’m really happy with this purchase. The product arrived in good condition, looks as described, and works well. The quality is good for the price, and it was easy to use. So far, I have no complaints and would definitely recommend it to others. Overall, a great product and worth the money!

Rod quality: Rod broke literally after almost a week of use

Bought it for the wife in Dec 2022.did not get to use it till june 2023. Beautiful rod.alot of fun when you catch 3/4 pound bass. Unfortunalety it snapped while pike fishing. Filled out the waranty clain with st croix. Finally got a phone call. No hassels,they accepted the warranty claim. All I paid is shipping which is normal. When you buy quality,you expect quality service and that is exactly what i got. Highly recommended.thanks st croix.
