Clever idea. Not reliable (for my device)
I purchased this because our baby monitor for some reason requires a DC cord despite being a 5v connector. This adapter works reasonably well. It seems to charge the device but it is not reliable. It’s great if I need to use a powerbrick so long as I constantly check to make sure it’s charging. It randomly stops charging though, even when plugged into the wall. Honestly I can’t say if it’s the crappy Vtech baby monitor or this cord but ultimately this is a clever idea that saved me from separating a USB cord and splicing it with a DC adapter. I’m sure at some point in the future it will come in handy for something else.

So handy to have around the house!
My sweet husband so lovingly gifted me one of those adorable moon lamps for Christmas last year. Wherever he bought it from he didn't save the receipt and the charger got left out of the package, LOL. Not knowing what cord or plug I needed I bought this set and I found the right size! I also found a few other things around the house that had similar charging ports and now it's an all in 1 awesome little set! Love it! So glad I bought it!
