The video says it all. I don’t max out the capacity, but I am not far from it. In extension mode, it haled me well and secure. Easy to climb and comfortable to work on with sturdy non slip treads. I wish there was caddy for it. The upper step doesn’t give you enough space to securely keep tools and parts. The wall lean pad and foot pads are so awesome!!. Love this ladder!!!

Nice combo from Little Giant. I own a bigger original aluminum velocity telescoping ladder.

Not too big not too heavy. I work in a field where i sometimes spend the majority of my hours on a ladder and this is one of the better ones I’ve purchased over the years. Its a little expensive but its done it all so far

This is my second LG ladder. This is a great ladder but LG quality control did not check to see if it worked! The square steel bar that locks the positions was out of the channel and the ladder could not be opened. This bar cannot be knocked out of alignment accidentally and was assembled incorrectly and no one checked to see if it worked. I offered to send a photo but as soon as phone help realized I got it from Amazon, they recommended sending it back! Finally I was able to align the bar to the opening on other side and tap it into place with a hammer. Past LG ladders have been champions of quality. Quality control and help is a big disappointment! Edit May 2022 Other than the poor quality control and customer support noted above, after a year of use this is the best utility ladder I've ever used. Will get one for my son.

Great ladder it’s saved me a good amount of time and trips down to the work van, only complaint is the palm buttons are trash that’s the only thing about this ladder it should come with a back up pair straight from manufacture. That design is a flaw big time but other then that it works like a charm

This is by far the most stable ladder I have ever used. I am comfortable climbing to the upper rungs, I don't have to stand on the lower rungs and stress my neck. It is expensive but worth the price.

Never have I used a ladder as good as this one I own the 4 step and the 6 and they are the best ones you can buy. The rotating wall pad is the best feature on this ladder and i use it all the time. Definitely makes the other crew jealous!

This is a great ladder and I paid dearly for it so I was disappointed that the Quad Pod accessory I purchased with it doesn't fit properly. You can see in the photos that the Pod hits the braces before the extension can lock closed into place. If I use the ladder against a wall when it's in the closed position the extension is not locked and kept out of the way which poses a safety issue. I will be trying to contact the manufacturer for a solution.
