The Holga 120N medium format film camera does NOT have a built in flash. The Holga 120N film camera also has a plastic lens. I think the title of this product is incorrect, I recommend you report it to Amazon so they can correct it.

Can you still buy film?

Film is still widely available. However, there might be short term lack of supply due to ongoing supply chain issues caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. At some point supply should get back to normal.
