Product is very good if we are using it for schedule power on or off like geyser, fridge, heater or any appliance. It works fine remotely or can schedule Power on/off as per requirement.

The product is performing exactly as projected in the details and is working fine. Apart from the above 15 amp switch, I also have another 6 node switch which is also working fine. The support from the customer tech support for installation and operations was also prompt and correct. This helped us a lot. The time scheduling and wifi alexa control is without any fault. The size of the switch pcb is very compact but sturdy and has fit inside the box below the geyser plug point. I recommend every one to buy the product.

I would give this zero stars if that were possible. I ordered two units, and one was faulty. It was replaced only after repeated follow-ups. Even the replacement works only inconsistently—it frequently disconnects from Wi-Fi, and every month you end up wasting hours trying to reconnect it, with no guarantee it will stay online. Don’t rely on other reviews when ordering this product; it is extremely unreliable.

Working as expected. While the prices are still on the higher side but i think its bcoz of the volumes which are low as not everyone is aware of such technology

Reset switch leaks current...got shocked many times whiles pressing reset switch..and it's in full voltage ⚡... manufacturer should take a look...other product is value for money

Installation & configuration was done without any help and is working fine. The app and the leaflet is not able to provide reply to some of the queries, while setting scene. It should be made user friendly. Please clarify, in scene creation, for there are two if conditions - then these work in OR mode or AND mode?

This smart switch does it works properly but requires a strong wifi connectivity, if the signal is weak it might not work as expected. it has many features which is very handy during regular usages, team has done a very wonderful job, the customer support is also very good. i can say that its best budget smart switch for all appliances.
