I’ve had these floss bands for almost a year now, and they’re fantastic! They do exactly what they’re meant to do, and I use them for various joint or muscle pain. Help with join mechanics and sports performance. What I love even more is that they come with a bag, making it easy to take them with me wherever I go. One of the things that really helps compression (floss) bands work really well is if they are a bit "tacky" and can stick to itself as you wrap it around.These bands slip around easily and make it very difficult to get the really targeted compression that a more tacky band would provide.The bands are nice and thick and will probably last a long time, but that bit of tackiness would make them great.

After a pretty intense foot surgury, the swelling, per my PT, was not in check. After ensuring, all was medically kosher, he recommended this band. Used the red one only. Nightly routine of ice and this wrap (5 minute) session, put swelling in check, helping the healing process move forward.

Not impressed with this product. The bands are very smooth which makes them slippery and hard to keep them in place with movement during muscle flossing. They didn’t stick to the skin or stay tucked in when trying to use them like others I have. I didn’t try them out right away but did inspect them and thought everything was good so I missed the window to return them and now stuck with a product that I can’t use with my clients.

Bought this product to review purposely so I can compare to the WOD Fitters floss bands I have. I can say these are not as great as those but they do serve a purpose (which I’ll mention later on in the review). Reason being that when they go on my knee in my case and when I go to tighten them up they slip and don’t stay tight on my knee for the compression I want, and they slip more and more every movement I do. I would say though that these do work slightly better on the smaller joints I use them for(ankles and wrists) so I would recommend getting these if you’re getting them to work those joints. Mixed review I know but I wrote down what I would want to know personally for a purchase I was on the edge of due to the reviews.

this product was recommended to me by a coworker. I have played the drums for over 20 years. in the last year or so I have had pain in my right arm/elbow. I have been using this product for week or so now and I am feeling the results with less pain and more strength and movement. Just follow the instructions and it will help.
