New switch only has 3 positions working,.
This 10 position switch only works at 0,8,10. Just as bad as the failed OEM switch. This is a Dremel failure not the sellers fault. OEM switch failed way too soon also.Will just replace Dremel tool with another brand next.

It's not a speed control
Although this switch has 6 positions that supposed to correspond to the OFF and 5 speeds, the switch provides only 2 modes: OFF and ON, which makes no sense... The seller took it back without any problems
