It had a corner dent in the outer frame which is no big deal, but it also arrived with a bad compressor. I'm sure this is a one off issue, but I am not happy to have installed it only to have the compressor develop a seal leak and lose the refrigerant/oil out almost immediately. It's already saved over 200 bottles (It has a counter on it) because of the bottle filler and our guests love it. It was easy for our maintenance man to install and the shipping worked out fine. No dings in it when it came in. It keeps the water refreshingly cold.
