Can this be used in a concrete mixing machine?

My company bought about 5 of these engines and they lasted only a few weeks.

Does it rev pretty slow or is it compatible sized to gas powered engine?

I put it on a wood splitter and it has plenty of power. Not sure of your question of slow? It throttled up fine. I guess go read the listing and see if the rpm it produces will work with your application. Works great on a wood splitter.

Is the side left of the spindle side aready drilled and tapped to except the Electrical starter from an Yanmar diesel engine L100 series?

Yes, but the flywheel does not have a ring gear.
