Have had a number of these over the last few years. The camera, or associated wiring pigtail on the camera end, only last 6-12 months. Don't make your installation permanent because you will have to periodically replace the camera. The long wire leading from the screen is pretty durable however. Camera is pretty good when it's working correctly. Get the cheapest option on these license plate cameras because spending more does not get you anything more. They are all the same cheap POSs.

This camera is easy enough to mount, using the screws for the car's tag. The night vision is adequate enough and picture quality is pretty good for the price. My one piece of advice is, if you're unsure how to run the wires for your vehicle, to look it up on YouTube or something, as that can save a lot of headache in the installation process.

It did not come with any instructions and there aren’t any instructions for it online. I was never able to figure out how to connect the directional lines for backing up.
