On the bottle, it says they are distributed by Rugby Laboratories in Livonia, MI but it doesn’t say where they are made.

what are all the ingredients listed in this product?

Calcium carbonate, dextrose, flavors, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, starch, sucralose. It says naturally and artificially flavored. This is the peppermint. I think they use peppermint oil, but have no idea what the artificial flavor(s) might be. I've switched to the Equate Wintergreen as peppermint oil is not recommended for GERD.

If you click on the bottle and look at the back of the bottle - it says distributed by Rugby Labs but it does not say where it is manufactured/made. The above info you could have gotten from the Amazon site - I do they work and I like the peppermint flavour rather than name brand fruit flavours
