Insect Medley - 5 lbs.

This is so much better than just the mealworms. This has insects in it and the birds go nuts over it. Great fun to watch them when I put some out for them every day on the feeders. And it is good for them too.

This product is for birds but I give it to my turtle. My turtle and my cichlids absolutely love this medley I couldn't recommend it enough if you're looking to buy bulk turtle insect food but don't want to spend the money on dried turtle insect food. Just a fair warning though there's one ingredient that's not insects it's like peanut butter crunchy stuff it has not harmed my fish at all whatsoever but I'm not responsible for your fish so fair warning

Although I use this for my fox and not for chickens I highly recommend it. She loves them! I like the variety of bugs that are in the bag. We were getting the jars of bugs from the pet store but this is much cheaper and she seems to enjoy it more. She gets half a cup of bugs everyday and besides her raw meat it’s her favorite part of her food.

After reading some reviews, i was worried my chickens may not eat the shrimp. But i was wrong. They love it all. They leave nothing behind! Yes it smells like death, but it is dead so thats expected lol. I dump it in an air tight container in my coop and they get this deliciousness every day. So it only smells briefly when i open it. I would not recomend keeping it in the bag in ur coop or wherever since it will smell really bad. Lol

My Rhode island red hens will eat just about everything they can find. They are free range but we like to have some insect based treats on hand. I love this brand of mealworms so wanted to try the medley. Unfortunately, my girls won't touch the river shrimp and they spend more time pecking the crickets to pieces than eating them (sultan hen won't even touch the mix). I will definitely go for a mealworms BSF larvae mix next time and skip this medley.

My chickens love this mix. There are crickets, shrimp, larvae!!! They come running when I head out for "snack" time!

This is the best price I have found on bugs! My chickens love these and stalk me wanting more. Apparently my dogs like them too as they got into the bag and ate a bunch (talk scary poop). Overall, couldn't be happier, the chickens have called off the egg strike and everyone is happy.
