I bought this water filter in month of dec 23 and got some issue with the carbon candles as it did not filter water fully, i dont know that the issue with the municipal water or something else so i contact rama service centre and tell them the problem i faced they listen and sent me ceramic candle as replacement. If the customer service of the company value their customers that will be truly appreciated. Thanks for listening my problem and providing me a solution. Thanks

The product is really good. Absolutely worth it for a family of 4-5 people. I'd like to point out that the lid is slightly loose and after a few months of usage we noticed water dripping on the sides of the joint where the two containers are placed over one-another. Other than that, I feel it is a decent purchase. It is easy to clean and comfortable in use. Water seems properly filtered as tastes okay and doesn't smell foul Overall, this filter serves it's purpose effectively.

Self installation is very easy. Looks neat, appearance is Sturdy, looks classy with excellent performance. Good for city homes where you get water supply from municipal Corporation. Filtered water tastes well, no after smell. Only one flaw is water leakage if the lower chamber is full and you have water filled in the upper chamber.

Please do not fall prey for their marketing gimmick of total capacity of the so called water filter, it can hold water only in the bottom container, and ONCE THE BOTTOM CONTAINER IS FILLED, WATER STARTS TO OVERFLOW / LEAK. from the middle (between the top and bottom container). There is no way (other than lifting the top container and checking the water level) that you can see the level of water in the bottom container. So you will have no idea when to refill and HOW MUCH to refill. Please DO NOT SPEND 7 and half for this worthless product. Absolutely NOT WORTH IT

I wanted to avoid plastic, so purchased rama water filter which is a very old and reputed brand. Quality of the steel is very good and Heavy.For river or rain water, this is the best filter. Water taste is also very good. Installation is also simple.

one of the carbon candle was not working. i had to return

Intially the filtration speed was good. After 2 months of usage, I washed the candle in running water after soaking it hot water with Vinegar. After that speed reduced. They could have provided instruction how to wash the candle? or do we really need to wash or its use for 6 months and throw type? Those details are missing. Hence gave less rating. Apart from that water taste is good and even I checked with TDS meter. it maintains same. One difficulty I feel is because of (air pressure/vacancy whatever) inside lower drum water not coming out of tap. I need to lift the top drum so that water comes out freely. Hope all experienced this

I like it very much and recommend to all who are using corporation drinking water. I am using for last 3 months and it was solved my long time drinking water issues. I spend lot of money and effort before that but not satisfied. Now everything are good. Through out Initially filtered water 2 to 3 times and use it. It will give better result and clean the filter periodically.
