Model IM508 is Global Version which can be used all over the world. It equipped with English and can be switched to other languge by sending us the SN number to authorise.

We are one of Autel authorized online distributors, if you bought Autel items online, you would directly got ALL the supports from we sellers online, and indirectly from Autel headquater.

Please kindly be noted that now there is a TWO-year free update (worth 580 EUR) for the tool IM508, starting from the registration date. After two year update expires, the original software on the tool can still be used in the future.

If you want to fix bugs in the newer software or keep the tool covering newer functions or car models, you can buy a subscription for it anytime you need afterwards. The update fee for one year for model IM508 will be 290 EUR from us.
