Shishavac Machine Set

Used for three days and stopped working. Customer support was no help.

i bought mine less than a year ago and now i have to buy another again... mine stopped working and no one calls or emailed me back

First, let me start by saying that when I saw this machine I was amazed and over excited to get one. However, I would never have spent $300 on something that does what some time and ingenuity can get you.That said, the wife saw this and wanted to get it for me for Christmas. So, come Christmas morning I open the box and set this bad boy up. I was so excited. It cleans my hoses, dries my hoses, starts my coals and if I am lazy it starts the smoke for me too. It seems like the perfect machine...and it was, for about 5 months of using it about once a week.Now the reason I am choosing my rating:1) It only works with traditional bowls. It will not work with Flip Head or as some say inverted hookah bowls. These are cleaner and better.2) The plastic will only stay silver for about two or three uses before starting to brown because the machine does not handle the intense heat very well.3) The smoke filter is a joke, and does nothing. I have used many types of Coco and Naturaul wood coals, and it smokes like crazy.4) The coals sometimes take a few run throughs at maximum time to actually get hot enough to use.5) Last, and most annoying...the burner no longer works after 5 months of variable usage. I can only imagine how bad it would have been if I smoked daily. Might have lasted a month only, who knows.All of these issues combined including the price leaves me feeling ripped off a little bit. However, if you want to buy it for a neat display piece and to clean your hoses then it is great. I would just rather take an air mattress vacuum and glue a grommet onto it and use that for my air cleaner and smoke starter...and that is only about $30.

The only reason I can't give this device 5 STARS is because it's not dual voltage I need a 1500 Watt transformer just for it. Maybe because of high power requirements it can't be made dual, but it would be nice for those of us that move often.

This is definitely a product I wish I always had. I bought it for my hookah business but it's more suitable for home use and light commercial. After cleaning about 10 hoses the "hot" icon on the machine came on. It's a very nice machine, I used it to also clean the hookah stems. It also sucks out water, etc as advertised. Hopefully, they make a commercial version soon.

Too much smoking specially if you used hard wood charcoal even if they are a small pieces.the bladed area where the logo is turn to yellow (The Material can't handle the High temperature).the product is working well but the price its too high for this quality ... it doesn't match at all
