RolliBot Cool 310-20 Portable Air Conditioner, White

This is a very good unit, IMHO. The footprint is smaller yet the cooling output is very good. It does not come with a separate remote control. This is handled by a cellphone app and that works fine. I have mine connected to Alexa so I can change the temperature, turn the unit on/off, with a voice command. There also are touch-screen controls on the top of the unit. I find this unit superior to my prior unit and it seems to use less electricity. I do not find it noisy nor do I notice when the internal compressor cycles. I would buy this unit again.

I got this a/c for my living room because the location has direct sunlight all day long. Once I added the a/c to the living room, the entire apartment cooled down. It's also pretty quiet, with a white noise sound rather than a compressor sound. I like it’s wifi feature, because I can turn it on when I’m on the way home and the place is cooler when I get home. The air in the apartment is cool and dry in humid 90F+ weather.

Overall this ac unit is great, the cooling works very well BUT the exhaust hose CONSTANTLY detaches itself from the unit while I’m using it. I’ll wake up in the middle of the night and my room will literally feel like a sauna because the hose is detached and the hot air has been filling my room rather than out the window. I don’t understand why this happens as I twist/ screw it in as shown but there honestly should be a better way to connect the hose it’s not sufficient. The other end stays fine in the window kit. Frustrating 🥵

I loved about 85 percent of this ac, but one major flaw. The ac wasn't able to cool my room. It just took way to long even to lower the temperature my 2 or 3 degrees. The air coming out wasn't even that cool. I was so disappointed and even thought maybe I just got a bad ac and that if I ordered a new one it would be fine. I did a little more research and realized that I was not the only person to realize this flaw. Every other thing about ac was fantastic. How quite it was the wifi feature and even the overall design is perfect. I really hope they can fix this issue. If so I will be the first to purchase this product again.

Had to cut a hole in the wall to vent the AC as venting out the window didn't work because I had a window fan. That simply blew hot air back into the building. Also had to build a custom vent cover for the hole I had to cut. And I would do it all again. It was actually too cold in there the other day. I put a radiant barrier in the loft area. not sure that did anything, and was a lot of work. Put in a window fan. If I stood right in front of it and didn't move that worked. This changed the game. I can start it up before I go out there, automated everything in there. Get it going for 10 or 20 minutes and it ready for me to come out. Barn is 10x20 with a loft and would be almost useless without this AC. Well worth it.

I’ve had this for 3 summers now. The first summer it connected just fine. After it was stored for the winter and I tried to reconnect to the wifi, it repeatedly says “connect your phone to Wi-Fi network” which it is!! I can’t get past the main log in screen and it’s so irritating. I only bought this for the Wi-Fi capability and being able to control the AC when I’m not home. Otherwise the machine is crap, it’s made to be quiet which also means there is no strength in the blower. It would be fine for a bedroom as long as you don’t want to connect to the app

Your Smartphone is your remote (Bluetooth) and it has a touchscreen display on top of the unit. The unit works perfectly in our bedroom (15’x15’x8’). We like it to be 69 degrees while we sleep and to avoid the whole house that temp. in South Florida it would cost us a fortune in electricity. This is a better option for us the only drawback is the 6” diameter duct that needs to be routed to a window. Otherwise, we are very happy with the purchase and will recommend to a friend or family. We will buy another in the future.

Though it’s louder than is hoped it is AMAZING at keeping my room cool during hot days. The wifi / Bluetooth capability is phenomenal as far as I’m concerned. I would recommend it highly . No issues so far at al .
