**Q: I ordered this but I’m not sure if it was defected. I followed the instructions but it grew half way up and then collapsed. could I get a replacement?**
A: We had the same problem. I do not recommend this product.

**Q: What do you do with it when you are done? Can you just trash it or eat the crystal?**
A: Do not eat this!!!! It will eventually fall apart and you can just put in the garbage.
