Hello, we believe your lawn mower QUALCAST 20V should works efficiently with our 20V battery as It looks like your Lawn mower have a 20v voltage input. However, we will be happy to accept a return item in case your lawn mower is not adapted to our universal standard battery.

is this the same one which is £15 pound in Aldi.

I contacted Aldi customer services regarding these batteries. They state they have not got stock at the moment but are expecting them soon.

This charger is not compatible for uk use, constantly shows the red failure light. I would like to return it for a full refund please. However, as usual, amazon were excellent and refunded the cost.

Faulty battery

Same as others have noted. Missing a contact so doesn't work. You have to pay for the return and it needs to go by special courier as it's a battery and deemed hazardous goods.
