Brilliant machine and value for money, good condition order and met expectations and couldn’t fault it barely a scratch on it.

The laptop itself is amazing. And for £279.99 who can complain taking it that it’s brand new sell price is £1000. The laptop itself is like new condition. Yes it has a few scrapes and tiny chips, but it is in very good condition. The reviews on the laptop definitely were worrying. But they seemed to only comment on the refurbishing side of things, and not the laptop itself. Took the risk and definitely worth it. It seems to be hit or miss depending on the quality of laptop you get back, but very happy. Feels heavy, but the full metal body makes it feel high quality and the light up keyboard is a very nice touch. The speakers themselves are very good quality surprisingly, and the fast charging is a life saver. Very happy.

Avoid: faulty multiple times
AVOID!!! Ordered twice as I had to return the first one for faulty keyboard. Have to return the second one for the same issue. First it was the keys sticking, now it’s the backlight not working. For a produce that is in ‘excellent’ condition I think this is disappointing. Don’t be fooled by the cheap price, no way of contacting the seller, Amazon just recommend returning.

Good quality, sent different color
The product is in excellent condition apart from a few small details. The only thing is that I ordered a black model and I received the silver one which has like fabric incorporated into the keyboard (which is not my taste). The overall laptop seems to be high quality, I will ask for a black one

The charger blew up
The laptop itself is great, but the charger blew up and burnt my sons hand. Not serverly but enough to hurt. Amazonoffered a refund for the charger

Product works, but not as described, left dissapointed and let down.
When you need a replacement computer in a hurry, you make the decision to buy renewed, doing your eco bit. You do place a high scrutiny on description. Opting to pay a higher price for a product described as in excellent condition, knowing this is subjective but given specifics on what to make your judgement. 'Excellent condition products will show no signs of cosmetic damage visible from 30 centimetres. Pictures clearly show this is not the case, in fact I would suggest that the product sold falls into the acceptable descriptors. The laptop works fine and I am happy with it's performance but when you pay extra for something, all be it cosmetic, but it's what I wanted. It leaves you dissapointed, when you rely on a company to be honest and follow their own standards, and clearly they haven't. I'm sure I could return it but I had been without a computer and needed this quickly. The computer works as expected and I have spent time setting it up. It's just I feel like I've been robbed due to the product not meeting my expectations or more importantly the standards set by Amazon.

Very impressed with this renewed laptop. Visually in great conditions. Performs well. Battery life still very good. Came with Windows 10 and upgraded to Windows 11 latest feature release with ease. Performs really well. Fantastic everyday / productivity laptop. Really light as well.
