Amazing!
This computer is AMAZING for the price. Iโll be using this for college, and itโs really great!! I love the touchscreen, backlit keyboard, and the overall design of this laptop! My only problem is that it doesnโt come with the pen for the HP Envy x360. I heard that most sellers include the pen but I guess this one doesnโt. (I had to buy the pen separately somewhere else.) My laptop also had a tiny scratch near the HP logo straight out of the box. Also when I used the laptop for a couple of minutes the fans turned on and the laptop was warm for a minute. The fans were a bit loud which was also a bit distasteful, but I think these are all manufacturer issues. I guess I just thought I would share my experience with this laptop since Iโve had it for about 5 days now. Overall, this Laptop was (almost) PERFECT for the price, and I really think that it was worth the money I spent for it.EDIT: Iโve had this labtop for about 8 months and it still works good!! I havenโt had any issues with it so far. I wouldnโt recommend this labtop for gaming, only for casual use. If you wanna do gaming I suggest getting a labtop with atleast 16gb RAM. Also, this labtop is PROBABLY refurbished. Itโs honestly really good for a used labtop!!

amazing laptop for such a good price
great price for such a great laptop. i have been using this for the past week or so and it's awesome. it has a little weight to it but is sleek and compact so it's easily portable. no issues with touch screen, though i don't use it much since mainly use this for laying in bed and web browsing. but when scrolling through instagram the pics swiped like butter. screen res is amazing. bright, deep colors. and the best part the keyboard is back lit. making it easy to use in the dark. the sound on this is great. it's very loud since it's a whole sound bar. i am glad i was able to buy this laptop.

BEWARE! Warranty up - 16 days later laptop broke
One year and 16 days! It's almost like it was set to break right after the warranty was up. I should've read more reviews, because according to them, there was a class action lawsuit in 2022 regarding this very issue. Why were they even selling them in May of 2023 if this hadn't been addressed? I haven't tried to get any resolution to this with anyone yet, I will update if there's something positive to report.
