Did you glue it??** A: I removed the broken solar cell first, connected the wires, then put down a bead of calking and pressed this new one into it creating a good seal (These were the same size or very close to broken ones I removed). Great for little projects. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pleasantly Surprised *by G***Y on May 15, 2022* I used these to replace 75 x 75mm cells in old vinyl fence post lights. Measured in full sun, central Florida, 3:30 PM, mid May, open circuit voltage 2.43v, closed circuit current 190ma. The 75 x 75mm cells produced a little less current and voltage, but to be fair, they were several years old. I designed and printed new housings that angle the cells at 25 degrees (best angle for my latitude) vs. the old cells which were horizontal. It will be interesting to see what condition they are in a year from now in the hot Florida sun. Edit: One year later and all the cells are still working like new.
